On Monday night, the Chicago Blackhawks suffered a 4-1 loss at the hands of the Maple Leafs in Toronto and media members were hoping to speak with superstar Connor Bedard after the game. However, as Ken Campbell of the Hockey News pointed out,

Bedard is slightly behind last year’s pace and leads Chicago with 19 points in 24 games but is tied for third on the club with five goals

Connor Bedard, the 19-year-old phenom and first-overall draft pick, is a great young player. In watching his game last night against the Toronto Maple Leafs, he was one of the better players on his Chicago Blackhawks team.

The Chicago Blackhawks were taken down by the Columbus Blue Jackets on Sunday. They lost despite Connor Bedard looking great again.
