Hyderabad: Condemning the arrest and imprisonment of International Society for Krishna Consciousness (Iskcon) priest Chinmoy Krishna Das in Bangladesh, members of Telangana Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP),

Two more Hindu priests were arrested in Bangladesh, ISKCON Kolkata spokesperson Radharamn Das claimed on Saturday.

On Friday, three Hindu temples were vandalized by a mob in Chattogram. The attack targeted the Shantaneshwari Matri Temple, Shoni Temple, and Shantaneshwari Kalibari Temple. According to PTI, the Shoni Temple and the gates of the other two temples were damaged.

After Chinmoy Krishna Das's arrested, ISKCON claimed that another Hindu priest was arrested and its centre was vandalised in Bangladesh. The latest development comes amid widespread protests in Bangladesh following the arrest of Krishna Das and 'targeted attacks' against Hindus.
