A probable cause affidavit filed by the Palm Beach Gardens Police Department obtained by PEOPLE alleges that Junior Boucher, 36, was seen by a witness chasing Brian Hiltebeitel, 65, with a club on the first hole at Sandhill Crane Golf Club.
